Coming to you after a pause.
Missed you, but needed to process some things on my end.
Since we met last:
Welcomed summer with our kids ages 8, 9, and 10 years old (22 year old is in TN with her Dad), finding that balance with continuing with homeschool and lots of needed outside time, strawberry picking, beach days, and working through grief of losing Dad last April.
Still going to therapy EMDR etc 1 x month and loving that, very grateful for my therapist.
Super sad and I'm still reeling from losing my dearest friend, champion, and personal coach, Dianne in May of this year.
Guess this should be a newsletter but wanted to share.
Anyway shifting to this new 'series' Matters of the Heart.
I felt like this is a timely message from the Lord as we are really only as good as the condition of our heart. Our hearts need healing from so many things. I'm here for IT!!
