Years ago someone loved me enough to speak truth that set me free! Self-Pity is like dining with evil, pulling up to the table and fellowshipping with it, I was like WHAAA?? Hold up. Thus began the process of me breaking free from that junk. I pray it blesses you and you are never the same. Freedom over you and yours.

I heard this phrase in my spirit and felt led to dig in and unpack this. I have def found it to be true in my life. Our bodies are amazing, intelligent, living, and they do talk to us and tell us what they need. ALOT. If we quiet ourselves and listen, answers come from within and around us. ISN'T THAT AMAZING!!! God always wants us to succeed. Beloved I pray you prosper and be in health as your soul prospers.

It happens-something comes up and BOOM you explode in anger or escape into your head or the phone/tv. I. have. been. there. lots. Here are practical tools that I find helpful to chill when it gets heated in my emotions. Healing from trauma is a process. Be good to yourself.
