Hey Beauty, are you tired of being a people pleaser? Do you find yourself blowing up at your kids in anger and not knowing why? Do you crave true inner peace but see no way out of your current emotional state? Afraid of being vulnerable and admitting that you aren’t perfect? This podcast will help you connect with God so He can heal your heart and you can walk in peace and wholeness as your authentic self. Hi I’m Miranda! A wife, mom of 4, and Jesus lover. After multiple traumas from childhood to adulthood, I fell victim to my emotions and feelings. Trauma taught me to hide my true self, live to please people, and cover up my anger and bitterness. I was constantly comparing myself to others looking for ways to be ‘fixed’ burdened by unhealed trauma feeling so broken inside, that being the victim led to feeling not good enough. It wasn’t until I started seeing that my anger outbursts and destructive cycles were rooted in a broken sad heart, I realized I needed to get to the root of unhealthy emotions. God showed me the way to healing trauma and how powerful walking in freedom can be and I want to share that healing path and roadmap with you! If you are ready to ditch the people pleasing and let God show you who you are so you can gain inner peace and emotional freedom you so desire, let’s discover together how God’s powerful love can transform your pain into power. Put down those emotional boxing gloves and step into your transformation, it’s time to heal. Ready to work with a coach one on one? Sis,
If you've ever whispered, "Lord, how do I even keep going?"—this episode is for you.
When life hits hard and the losses cut deep, it can feel like your heart forgets how to beat.
But hear me: God is still in the business of resurrection.
In this real and raw episode, I’m walking with you through the holy tension of grief and healing, giving you the courage to tell your heart, "It’s safe to live again."
We’re not sugarcoating the pain—but we’re also not staying stuck in it.
Grab your journal, your tissues, maybe even your hoodie—because we’re going in deep, but we’re coming out free.
Love you,
Miranda
